The Green Business Support Organisation provides a range of services for both members and non-members.

Business Link and Business Support

As the preferred route to business support it is essential that Business Link is aware of the commercial services providers and their expertise in Yorkshire and Humberside. The GBSO’s unique position supporting Business Link, Yorkshire Forward and the regions environmental practitioners allows all parties to benefit; the environmental practitioner, the support provider and the beneficiary.

Professional Development

Although the GBSO supports businesses through brokerage, signposting and consultation it is the individuals that make businesses. The GBSO provides an excellent opportunity for our regions practitioners to network and develop professionally irrespective of their key disciplines, experience or employer.

Adding Value to Professional Networks

As an integral part of the business support in Yorkshire and Humberside the GBSO adds value to the professional networks that support our regions environmental practitioners’ professional development. The GBSO ensures that our events and signposting compliment rather than duplicate the support provided through professional membership networks for the range of disciplines within our sector.
